Thus, the total number of registered transactions decreased from 274 in December to 216 in January. The average transaction amount was $635 against $960 a month earlier. As a result, the total amount of transactions turned out to be equal to 139 thousand dollars, much less than the December value ($267,300).

On the third line is the domain multiplayer.app, purchased for $9,499. We should also note the extremely weak results of the .XYZ domain zone. In the top ten deals of the month - only one of its representatives: the domain name okay.xyz was purchased for $7,033. In general, January was one of the worst months for the .XYZ domain in a long time. This is directly related to the decrease in the activity of the domain investor Suez Yenugula, who bears the unofficial title of "Queen of XYZ". Over the past year, she constantly reported on large sales, and in January she did not report a single transaction.
