.XYZ Reports June Results

The .XYZ Registry has posted a Domains Report on the company's managed domain zones on its blog. The most popular of these zones - for both standard and premium registrations - in the first summer month was the .XYZ domain itself. SECURITY and .LOL ranked second and third in the premium registrations category, and .LOL and .BEAUTY in the standard registrations category.

The top keywords used in names throughout June were web, art, meta, app, bet, verse, shop, dao, nft, and tech. Travel.xyz turned out to be the most expensive premium domain registered in a month - $13,000. And in the secondary market, the largest transaction was the sale of the domain name Redeem.xyz. It changed hands for $28,000. The total volume of transactions in the secondary market with names in domain zones managed by the .XYZ registry in June was $98,311, according to the NameBio resource.

This is a rather modest figure. For comparison, we can say that the total volume of transactions in May was equal to 475,701 dollars. However, July will certainly improve summer statistics. For example, the Byte.xyz domain alone was sold a few days ago for $129,888, which is more than the entire volume of transactions in June.
