The far-right propaganda site The Daily Stormer domain was blocked in Chinese ccTLD

The registry of the Chinese ccTLD .CN has blocked the domain name dailystormer.cn. The notorious far-right website The Daily Stormer has recently worked on it. Its creator Andrew Anglin preaches ultra-nationalist and racist views, in particular, constantly declaring the superiority of the white race. Previously, the Daily Stormer domain name was blocked by most of the largest domain registrars, as well as by the registries of many domain zones, including the ccTLDs of Austria, Albania, Iceland and Russia, according to the Domain Incite.

US politicians and activists have repeatedly criticized the Chinese authorities for allowing The Daily Stormer to exist on a .CN domain. The blocking in the Chinese national domain followed the tragic incident in Buffalo, where 18-year-old Payton Gendron opened fire in a supermarket. As a result, 10 people died, most of whom were blacks. Before that, Gendron published his “manifesto” on the Internet, in which, in particular, he called The Daily Stormer very important for making his decision.
