Domain Name Wire reports that Thought Convergence has decided to part with its premium domain name collection and put it up for auction. The lots include many extremely valuable domains such as trainer.com, nonstop.com, operate.com, threat.com, caddy.com and aftermarket.com. Most of them have a reserve – a minimum price that the seller would be willing to accept for the domain – but some names are sold without such restrictions.
The main lot of the auction, without a doubt, is the “beer portfolio.” It includes 27 domains, most of which mean "beer" in different languages. These include Beer.com and Beers.com, Bier.com, Biere.com, Cervezas.com, Cerveja.com and many others. The reserve for the portfolio varies from $1 to $5 million, but experts believe that the real cost of this collection is at least $7 million. And it is quite possible that the end of this year will be marked by large domain deals.
