Adobe and Twitter might be preparing complaints

In the domain zone .SUCKS, the very appearance of which caused a skeptical reaction of the domain community four names were registered. In the very near future they can become the reason for UDRP complaints. We are talking about twitter.sucks, adobe.sucks, goldmansachs.sucks and justintimberlake.sucks. Twitter, Adobe, Goldman Sachs and Justin Timberlake all have nothing to do with them. All of these domains were registered by a New York company This.sucks that plans to sell domains in .SUCKS significantly cheaper than Vox Populi that manages this zone.

Domain news portal Domain Incite says that it’s impossible to understand how exactly is This.sucks planning on making money. However, the most logical and obvious explanation is that Vox Populi and This.sucks belong to the same people. In this case the fact that one company sells domains of the other one is just transferring the money from one pocket to another. This guess could be confirmed because in the registration documents of both companies the address given is the same one, which doesn’t stop the owners from saying that they are not related.

Anyway, the observers suggest betting how long it will take before Twitter, Adobe, Goldman Sachs and Justin Timberlake’s lawyers file complaints on the new domains.
