Tomorrow, on November 4, the new .SEX gTLD enters general availability, according to Domain Name Wire. So-called Sunrise B/Domain Matching period, where .XXX domains had the priority right to register their names in the .SEX zone, ended last Friday. These both gTLDs (as well as two "adult" .PORN and .ADULT zones) are operated by ICM Registry.
According to ntldstats.com, there are more than 3,800 registered names in the .SEX zone today. The cost of annual registration in the .SEX can vary depending on policy of registrars, but, according to the available information, it will average about $75.
