The largest domain among all new gTLDs again shows an increase
.XYZ, a leader among all new gTLDs, again shows an increase, according to The Domains. Previously, a lot of observers pointed out that success of the domain is primarily based on mass free name distributions, and predicted a falling of its results as the time of renewal would come.
This time has come and the first skeptics' predictions justified. The domain totaling 1,22 million registrations at its peak (according to ntldstats.com), started to significantly slow down its pace, falling to about 1,12 million registered names, as a result. However this tendency is likely to successfully overcome. .XYZ has recently shown a stable increase. It allowed to overcome a point of 1,14 million names again, firstly reached in May of 2015, at the end of last week. It is worth noting that .XYZ is not only the largest among all new gTLDs, but also holds quite honorable sixth place among all gTLDs after .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ.
