National Arbitration Forum satisfied the claim of a famous Hollywood actor and producer Robert Downey Jr. Following the uniform domain name dispute resolution (UDRP) procedure domain RobertDowneyJr.actor was transferred to him.
This domain name in the new gTLD .ACTOR was registered in August of this year by an Indian citizen Shashank Agarwal. Remarkably the respondent claimed that he chose Robert Downey Jr. as his screen name to “pursue his career in the Indian cinema”. He supposedly planed to use RobertDowneyJr.actor to publish his acting portfolio. Moreover, Shashank Agarwal also stated that English is not his native language, this is why prior to the arbitration he had no knowledge of the Hollywood actor Robert Downey Jr.
