ICANN Corporation announced a place for the first meeting in 2015. Key issues of Internet development are discussed on ICANN meetings and they take place three times a year. Usually these meetings are held in different parts of the world, not just different countries, to highlight the global nature of Internet-community and issues to be sold.
This year the first ICANN meeting took place in Singapore (Asia), the second one has finished not so long ago in London (Europe). The third will be held from October 12th-16th in Los Angeles (America). In fact, far back as 2013 it was decided that the first meeting of 2015 would take place in Africa. Today the corporation has confirmed this information, noting that the first ICANN meeting of 2015 and 52nd by count will be held from February 8th-12th in the city of Marrakesh in Morocco.
