Discussion of problems surrounding healthcare.gov – the key element of President Obama’s healthcare reform - goes on in the United States. Numerous technical problems and flaws of the site have been repeatedly reported. In addition, it turned out that long before the registration of healthcare.gov, healthcare.com and healthcare.net were registered and this creates confusion and further problems for users.
American comic David Letterman, the host of a popular TV show “Late Show with David Letterman”, made his contribution to the discussion. In the latest episode of his show he offered to create a domain with name easy to remember for the convenience of the users: healthcare.ххx. Also a parody advertisement of this site was shown: «explicit adult content featuring doctors, nurses, lab technicians».
Curiously enough, domain healthcare.ххx actually does exist. It is registered by some citizen of Kazakhstan and is parked with Voodoo at the moment. Commentators ironically note that last night owner of the domain must have been incredibly surprised by fantastic burst of traffic.
