Domain market has renewed the amout paid for domain purchase. Brokers Tessa Holcomb and Marcus Kocak acting in the interests of a British Financial Group IG Group, purchased domain name IG.com. Its previous owner was a Brazilean company IG which owns the third largest country’s searching portal.
The amount paid for IG.com domain name was $4.7 mln. Thus the previous record of the year (July’s deal on domain name 114.com purchase for $2.1 mln) is exceeded almost twice.
