USA Record of Patents and Trade Marks Bureau issued a patent #8,504,673 to Verisign company for the methodology of forecasting and traffic analysis of the non-existing domains. Verisign Corporation started offering this kind of service two years back and now achieved its official acknowledgement.
The technologies developed by Verisign experts allow to define whichever high traffic can be generated by this or that domain. The possibility of doing that even before the registration will most probably interest both companies and individual players of the domain business who earn money by creating potentially perspective domain names and their following sale.
