Registration is now open for the 19th International Conference of Registries and Registrars of Country Code Top-Level Domains of Eastern Europe and Central Asia, TLDCON 2026. The conference will take place at the Panarams Tashkent Hotel in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on September 22–23, 2026. The event is organized by the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ, with support from UZINFOCOM, the unified integrator responsible for the development and maintenance of government information systems in Uzbekistan.
The conference will address the most pressing issues facing the domain industry, including domain market trends, marketing, cybersecurity, registrar-registry relations, developments in the secondary domain market, and legal aspects of domain name registration systems.
Participation in TLDCON 2026 is free of charge, though advance registration is required.
Participants are expected to independently cover accommodation and travel expenses.
The registration deadline is September 1, 2026.
