Participants in the General Meeting of the Coordination Center for TLD. RU/.РФ Founders approved new versions of several statutory documents, including Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration in .RU and .РФ, the Statute on Procedures Applicable during Domain Name Disputes, the Statute on Accreditation, Requirements for the Accredited Organization (Registrar) and the Agreement on Accreditation. The documents shall enter into force on May 25, 2026.
The new versions of Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration in .RU and .РФ and other regulatory documents are posted on the Coordination Center’s website.
Additionally, the meeting participants decided to amend the approved financial plan of the Coordination Center for 2026 in connection with a project to establish a Special Domain Names Registrar for registering domain names of state organizations in compliance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 569-FZ on Amending Federal Law on Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection of December 29, 2025, and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation.
Participants in the General Meeting of Founders also reviewed some other organizational and financial issues.
